כשאתם משתתפים או מארחים חוויה דרך Blendair, אתם האחראים הבלעדיים לבטיחות שלכם, להגעה שלכם, ולהתנהלות שלכם באותה חוויה. Blendair מחברת אתכם לחוויות אמיתיות שמתקיימות בעולם האמיתי, בין חברי הקהילה — אבל אנחנו לא נמצאים שם, ולא יכולים לשלוט במה שקורה ברגע שהגעתם.

ההגעה והחזרה מהחוויה היא באחריותכם המלאה. Blendair לא מספקת הסעות ולא מארגנת הגעה מטעמכם.

בשימוש ב-Blendair, אתם מאשרים שאתם בני 18 ומעלה, ומכירים בכך שאתם משתמשים באפליקציה, ומשתתפים או מארחים כל חוויה דרכה, על אחריותכם בלבד.

אחריות המארחים

אם אתם מארחים חוויה, אתם האחראים הבלעדיים למרחב שבו היא מתקיימת — כולל לוודא שהוא בטוח, מתאים, ומסוגל להכיל בנוחות את מספר האורחים שבחרתם להזמין.

אתם גם אחראים להחליט את מי אתם מאשרים להשתתף בחוויה שלכם. Blendair לא בודקת ולא מאמתת אורחים בשם המארח, וגם לא בודקת מארחים בשם האורח — כל חבר קהילה אחראי לשיקול הדעת שלו לגבי עם מי הוא בוחר לבלות.

תשלום

כל תשלום עבור חוויה — כולל כל מחיר שמוצג באפליקציה — מסוכם ישירות בין המארח לאורח, בדרך כלל פנים אל פנים. Blendair אינה צד לתשלום הזה, לא מעבדת ולא מבטיחה אותו, ואינה נושאת באחריות למחלוקות תשלום בין מארחים לאורחים. המחירים המוצגים באפליקציה הם למידע בלבד.

כללי התנהגות

אלכוהול אינו אסור באופן גורף ב-Blendair, מכיוון שיש חוויות שכוללות אותו באופן לגיטימי — טעימת יין, לדוגמה. בחוויה שכוללת אלכוהול, מארחים ואורחים אחראים לעמוד בחוק המקומי, כולל גיל שתייה חוקי, ולא להגיש אלכוהול למי שנראה שיכור.

שימוש, החזקה או הפצה של סמים בלתי חוקיים אסורים לחלוטין בכל חוויה של Blendair. הפרה עלולה להוביל להסרה מיידית וקבועה מהפלטפורמה.

הטרדה, מגע פיזי לא רצוי, או כל צורה של התנהגות מינית פוגענית אסורים לחלוטין. הפרות עלולות להוביל להשעיה קבועה מ-Blendair, ובמידת הצורך, להעברת המקרה לרשויות אכיפת החוק. אם חוויתם או הייתם עדים לדבר כזה, אנא דווחו דרך פיצ'ר הדיווח בחוויה או בפרופיל של האדם — כל דיווח נבדק.

דרישת גיל

Blendair זמינה רק לבני 18 ומעלה. ביצירת חשבון, אתם מאשרים שאתם עומדים בדרישה הזו.

ביטול

אתם יכולים לבטל בכל שלב לפני החוויה, ללא עלות — Blendair מעולם לא עיבדה את התשלום שלכם, אז אין לנו מה להחזיר. אם כבר שילמתם למארח ישירות, תסדרו כל החזר ישירות מולו.

Your responsibility

When you attend or host an experience through Blendair, you are solely responsible for your own safety, your own transportation, and your own conduct in connection with that experience. Blendair connects you with real-world experiences hosted by other members of the community, but we are not present at these experiences and cannot control what happens once you arrive.

Getting to and from the experience location is entirely your own responsibility. Blendair does not provide transportation or arrange travel on your behalf.

By using Blendair, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and you acknowledge that you use Blendair, and attend or host any experience through it, at your own risk.

Host responsibilities

If you host an experience, you are solely responsible for the space where it takes place — including making sure it is safe, suitable, and able to comfortably hold the number of guests you've chosen to invite.

You are also responsible for deciding who you approve to attend your experience. Blendair does not screen or vouch for guests on a host's behalf, and does not screen or vouch for hosts on a guest's behalf — every member is responsible for their own judgment about who they choose to spend time with.

Payment

Any payment for an experience — including any price shown in the app — is arranged directly between the host and the guest, typically in person. Blendair is not a party to this payment, does not process or guarantee it, and bears no responsibility for payment disputes between hosts and guests. Prices shown in the app are informational only.

Code of conduct

Alcohol is not banned outright on Blendair, since some experiences legitimately involve it — a wine tasting, for example. Where an experience involves alcohol, hosts and guests are responsible for complying with local law, including the legal drinking age, and for not serving alcohol to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at any Blendair experience. Violating this may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

Harassment, unwanted physical contact, or any form of sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent suspension from Blendair and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. If you experience or witness a concern, please report it using the Report feature on the experience or the person's profile — every report is reviewed.

Age requirement

Blendair is only available to people 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime before the experience, free of charge — Blendair never processed your payment, so there's nothing for us to refund. If you already paid the host directly, work out any refund with them.
