למי בלנדר מיועדת

בלנדר (Blendair) היא אפליקציה שבה מבוגרים נפגשים דרך חוויות קטנות בעולם האמיתי. האפליקציה מפותחת ומופעלת על ידי זך ברלינסקי, המפתח הרשום שלה ב-Google Play וב-App Store.

השימוש בבלנדר מותר מגיל 18 בלבד. כל משתמש מאשר בהרשמה שהוא מעל גיל 18, וחשבון שמתברר שהוא של קטין נסגר.

אפס סובלנות לפגיעה מינית בילדים

בלנדר אוסרת כל צורה של פגיעה מינית בילדים וניצול מיני של ילדים (CSAE), ובכלל זה חומרי פגיעה מינית בילדים (CSAM), טיפוח קשר לצורך פגיעה (grooming), סחיטה מינית, סחר בבני אדם, וכל ניסיון ליצור קשר עם קטין למטרה מינית.

האיסור חל על פרופילים, תמונות, חוויות שמתפרסמות, הודעות פרטיות וצ'אטים קבוצתיים, וגם על כל מה שמתואם דרך האפליקציה ומתקיים מחוץ לה.

איך מדווחים

באפליקציה: לכל פרופיל ולכל חוויה יש אפשרות "דיווח". אפשר גם לחסום משתמש מהפרופיל שלו.

בדואר אלקטרוני: לאיש הקשר לבטיחות ילדים שמופיע בהמשך העמוד.

אם ילד נמצא בסכנה מיידית, פנו מיד למשטרת ישראל בטלפון 100. אפשר לפנות גם למוקד 105, המטה הלאומי להגנה על ילדים ברשת.

מה אנחנו עושים

כל דיווח על פגיעה בילדים נבדק לפני כל דבר אחר. תוכן אסור מוסר, והחשבונות המעורבים נחסמים לצמיתות.

תמונות שעולות לבלנדר נבדקות אוטומטית לאיתור תוכן מיני לפני שהן מוצגות למשתמשים אחרים.

חומרי פגיעה מינית בילדים ומקרים של ניצול מיני של ילדים מדווחים לרשויות, ובהן משטרת ישראל והמטה הלאומי להגנה על ילדים ברשת, ובמקרים הרלוונטיים גם ל-NCMEC. אנחנו שומרים את המידע הנדרש לחקירה כפי שהחוק מחייב.

עמידה בחוק

בלנדר פועלת בהתאם לחוקי הגנת הילדים החלים עליה, ובהם החוק הישראלי והחוקים של המדינות שבהן האפליקציה זמינה, ומשתפת פעולה עם רשויות אכיפת החוק.

Who Blendair is for

Blendair is an app where adults meet through small, in-person experiences. It is developed and operated by Zach Berlinski, its registered developer on Google Play and the App Store.

Blendair is for people aged 18 and over only. Every user confirms at sign-up that they are over 18, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Blendair prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to contact a minor for a sexual purpose.

This applies to profiles, photos, published experiences, direct messages and group chats, and to anything arranged through the app that takes place outside it.

How to report

In the app: every profile and every experience has a Report option. You can also block a user from their profile.

If a child is in immediate danger, call the Israel Police on 100 at once. You can also contact 105, Israel's National Center for Child Online Protection.

What we do

Every report about harm to a child is reviewed before anything else. Prohibited content is removed and the accounts involved are permanently banned.

Photos uploaded to Blendair are scanned automatically for sexual content before other users can see them.

Child sexual abuse material and cases of child sexual exploitation are reported to the authorities, including the Israel Police and the National Center for Child Online Protection, and to NCMEC where relevant. We preserve the information an investigation needs, as the law requires.

Compliance with the law

Blendair complies with the child safety laws that apply to it, including Israeli law and the laws of the countries where the app is available, and cooperates with law enforcement.
