דיווח על בעיה או על אדם
אם משהו לא בסדר בפרסום של חוויה, או שאתם צריכים לדווח על חבר אחר, השתמשו בכפתור הדיווח בפרופיל שלו או בעמוד החוויה עצמו, ישירות בתוך האפליקציה. כל דיווח נבדק.
ניהול החשבון שלכם
אתם יכולים לערוך את הפרופיל, התמונות וההעדפות שלכם בכל עת מתוך טאב הפרופיל. כדי למחוק את החשבון שלכם לצמיתות, גשו להגדרות ← תנאי שימוש ← מחיקת חשבון — זה מסיר את הפרופיל שלכם, החוויות, הבקשות וההודעות שלכם, והפעולה בלתי הפיכה.

רוצים עותק של המידע שלכם? גשו להגדרות ← תנאי שימוש ← ייצוא המידע שלי כדי להוריד כקובץ את כל מה שקשור לחשבון שלכם.
איך תשלום עובד
Blendair לא מעבדת תשלומים. כל מחיר שמוצג עבור חוויה מסוכם ישירות בין המארח לאורח, בדרך כלל פנים אל פנים. אם אתם זקוקים להחזר כספי או שיש לכם מחלוקת לגבי תשלום, זה מוסדר ישירות מולכם ומול הצד השני.
ביטול בקשה
אתם יכולים לבטל מקום מאושר בכל שלב לפני החוויה, ללא עלות, ישירות מעמוד החוויה.
בטיחות
Blendair לא מבצעת בדיקות רקע על החברים. השתמשו באותו שיקול דעת שהייתם משתמשים בו בהיכרות עם כל אדם חדש — תיפגשו במקום ציבורי אם אתם לא בטוחים, ספרו למישהו לאן אתם הולכים, וסמכו על האינסטינקטים שלכם. לפרטים נוספים ראו את עמוד תנאי השימוש שלנו.

Blendair is a small, independently-run app — if you run into a problem, have a question, or need help with anything, reach out directly at z.berlinski88@gmail.com. We read every message and try to respond within a day or two.
Reporting a problem or a person
If something's wrong with an experience listing, or you need to report another member, use the Report button on their profile or on the experience page itself, right inside the app. Every report is reviewed.
Managing your account
You can edit your profile, photos, and preferences any time from your Profile tab. To permanently delete your account, go to Settings → Terms of Service → Delete account — this removes your profile, your experiences, your requests, and your messages, and can't be undone.
Exporting your data
Want a copy of your data? Go to Settings → Terms of Service → Export my data to download everything tied to your account as a file.
How payment works
Blendair doesn't process payments. Any price shown for an experience is arranged directly between the host and guest, typically in person. If you need a refund or have a payment dispute, that's handled directly between you and the other person.
Canceling a request
You can cancel a confirmed spot any time before the experience, free of charge, right from the experience page.
Safety
Blendair doesn't run background checks on members. Use the same judgment you'd use meeting anyone new — meet publicly if you're unsure, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. See our Terms page for more on this.
