מה אנחנו אוספים

פרטי חשבון בסיסיים: האימייל שלכם (לצורך התחברות), שם, ביו, תמונת פרופיל, והשפות/תחומי העניין שאתם מוסיפים לפרופיל.

כישורים שאתם מציינים תחת "אני יודע על" ו"אני יכול להוביל": אם תפעילו את "תנו ל-Blend להתאים לכם ביקוש" (כבוי כברירת מחדל), אלה ישמשו כדי להודיע לכם כשמספיק חברים אחרים מחפשים את אותו הדבר, והשם שלכם יהיה גלוי למי שביקש ברגע שתגיבו. כיבוי האפשרות עוצר התאמות חדשות, אך לא מסתיר רטרואקטיבית בקשות שכבר הגבתם עליהן.

מספר טלפון, אם תוסיפו אחד: זה משמש לזיהוי בלבד. הוא לעולם לא מוצג לחברים אחרים, כולל מארחים או אורחים שאושרתם מולם — גם לא לאחר אישור. שום דבר באפליקציה לא מציג אותו לאף אחד מלבדכם.

נתוני חוויות: כל מה שאתם מפרסמים (כותרת, תיאור, תמונות, מיקום) וכל מה שאתם עושים (בקשות הצטרפות, אישורי הגעה, ביקורות, הודעות שאתם שולחים).

פרטי "המרחב שלי", אם אתם מפרסמים מרחב: קיבולת, שירותים נלווים, זמינות, ותעריף שעתי — מוצג לחברים אחרים שמחפשים מרחב, בדיוק כמו פרסום חוויה.

מיקום משוער, רק אם תאשרו הרשאת מיקום, לצורך מרכוז תצוגת המפה — לא נשמר לצד הפרופיל שלכם.

מה חברים אחרים יכולים לראות

השם שלכם, תמונת הפרופיל, הביו, והחוויות/מרחבים שאתם מפרסמים גלויים לכל חבר מחובר — כך עובד הגילוי (Discovery).

מארח ואורח מאושרים יכולים להתכתב בתוך האפליקציה. מספר הטלפון, האימייל, או הכתובת המדויקת של אף צד לא נחשפים דרך זה — האפליקציה אוכפת את זה ברמת מסד הנתונים, לא רק במה שהמסכים מציגים.

הכתובת המדויקת של חוויה מוצגת לאורחים רק לאחר שבקשתם אושרה.

איפה זה מאוחסן

Blendair פועלת על גבי Supabase, ספק מסדי נתונים ואימות חיצוני. Supabase מאחסנת את המידע הזה בשמנו ויכולה לגשת אליו לפי הצורך כדי להפעיל את השירות — הוא לא נמכר ולא משותף עם אף אחד מעבר לכך.

כללי אבטחה ברמת שורה (Row-level security) במסד הנתונים שלנו מגבילים מה כל session של חבר מחובר יכול לקרוא — לדוגמה, מספר הטלפון שלכם ניתן לקריאה רק על ידכם, לעולם לא על ידי session של חבר אחר, בלי קשר למה שהאפליקציה מבקשת.

הזכויות שלכם

אתם יכולים לערוך או להסיר את רוב פרטי הפרופיל שלכם ישירות באפליקציה, בכל עת.

אתם יכולים לייצא עותק של המידע שלכם — פרופיל, חוויות, בקשות, הודעות, ועוד — דרך הגדרות ← תנאי שימוש ← ייצוא המידע שלי. הוא נמסר לכם כקובץ JSON דרך תפריט השיתוף של המכשיר, כדי שתוכלו לשמור אותו או לשלוח אותו לאן שתרצו.

אתם יכולים למחוק את החשבון שלכם לצמיתות דרך הגדרות ← תנאי שימוש ← מחיקת חשבון. זה מסיר את הפרופיל שלכם, החוויות, הבקשות, ההודעות, וכל דבר אחר שקשור לחשבון שלכם — הפעולה בלתי הפיכה.

אם אתם באיחוד האירופי, ה-GDPR מעניק לכם את אותן זכויות (גישה, תיקון, מחיקה) באופן פורמלי. Blendair כרגע ממוקדת בישראל ומונחית בעיקר על ידי חוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, אבל אנחנו מיישמים את אותן הגנות בפועל בלי קשר מאיפה אתם מתחברים.

זו אפליקציה קטנה שמנוהלת עצמאית, לא חברה עם צוות פרטיות ייעודי — עדיין. אם יש לכם שאלה או בקשה לגבי המידע שלכם, פנו דרך עזרה ותמיכה בהגדרות.

What we collect

Account basics: your email (used to sign in), name, bio, avatar, and the languages/interests you add to your profile.

Skills you list under "I know about" and "I can lead": if you turn on "Let Blend match you with demand" (off by default), these are used to notify you when enough other members are looking for the same thing, and your name becomes visible to whoever asked once you respond. Turning it off stops any new matching, though existing requests you've already responded to aren't retroactively hidden.

Phone number, if you add one: this is identity-only. It is never shown to other members, including hosts or guests you're confirmed with — not even after approval. Nothing in the app displays it to anyone but you.

Experience data: anything you publish (title, description, photos, location) and anything you do (requests to join, RSVPs, reviews, messages you send).

My Space details, if you list a space: capacity, amenities, availability, and hourly rate — shown to other members browsing for a space, the same as an experience listing.

Approximate location, only if you grant location permission, used to center the map view — not stored against your profile.

What other members can see

Your name, avatar, bio, and the experiences/spaces you publish are visible to any signed-in member — that's how discovery works.

A confirmed host and guest can message each other in-app. Neither side's phone number, email, or exact address is ever exposed through that — the app enforces this at the database level, not just in what the screens show.

An experience's exact address is only shown to guests once their request is confirmed.

Where it's stored

Blendair runs on Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. Supabase stores this data on our behalf and can access it as needed to operate the service — it is not sold or shared with anyone beyond that.

Row-level security rules on our database restrict what any given signed-in member's app session can read — for example, your phone number is only ever readable by you, never by another member's session, regardless of what the app's screens ask for.

Your rights

You can edit or remove most of your profile information directly in the app at any time.

You can export a copy of your data — profile, experiences, requests, messages, and more — from Settings → Terms of Service → Export my data. It's handed to you as JSON through your device's share sheet, so you can save it or send it wherever you like.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Terms of Service → Delete account. This removes your profile, your experiences, your requests, your messages, and everything else tied to your account — it cannot be undone.

If you're in the EU, GDPR gives you these same rights (access, correction, erasure) formally. Blendair is currently Israel-focused and primarily governed by Israel's Privacy Protection Law, but we apply the same practical protections regardless of where you're signing in from.
